We love crafting beautiful bespoke pieces for our clients. We can work together to realise your vision, be it remodelling a family heirloom, an engagement ring, wedding rings or a special piece just for you.

Reimagining & Remodelling Heirloom Jewellery
We specialise in transforming unworn or inherited jewellery into modern pieces that honour their history while being wearable for years to come. Through careful reimagining, we breathe new life into your heirlooms, preserving their sentimental value while creating something that feels fresh and personal. Sustainability is at the core of this process, as we repurpose materials to reduce waste and minimise environmental impact. It’s a meaningful way to blend tradition with modern craftsmanship, continuing the story of your jewellery for generations. We can use your heirloom jewellery to create entirely bespoke pieces or we can use your materials to craft a piece from my current collection.

Bespoke Creations
For those seeking something truly unique, our bespoke service offers a completely one-of-a-kind design. While inspiration may come from existing pieces, your jewellery will be designed from scratch, tailored to your vision and crafted to be as individual as you are.

Customising
If you’ve fallen for one of our existing designs but want to make it your own, we can make thoughtful adjustments—whether that’s a different metal or gemstones, or a wider band—to create a version that suits you.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

To start the process, please fill in the BESPOKE ENQUIRIES FORM below to arrange a consultation.

The consultation process is for Phoebe to understand your vision for your bespoke piece. This can be via email, over the phone, on zoom or in-person depending on your preference and location.

At this stage we will explore your brief, discussing your ideas and intentions. We will explore your preferences in terms of design, style, budget, metals, timeframes and any specific details you want incorporated into the final piece.

It is absolutely fine if you are unsure about any of the above details at this stage, this is to be expected and Phoebe will guide you through the different options.

If you would like to incorporate your heirloom gold or silver, please ensure it is hallmarked and provide details in the Bespoke Enquiry form.

2. DESIGN PROCESS

After the initial consultation, Phoebe will create a series of sketches and quotes based on your conversation and ideas. These sketches will give us the opportunity to explore different design options and refine the concept until we land on the final design that captures your vision.

Once a design and quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your commission.

3. WAX CARVING

Once the design is agreed upon, Phoebe will carve it in wax. Photos and videos will be provided of the carving for you to sign off before casting in your chosen metal.

It is important that all adjustments, such as adding texture, band thickness or ring size are made at this stage in wax.

If you request significant alterations once the production phase has begun, additional costs may apply depending on the extent of the changes. These changes will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding .

This collaborative approach ensures you are happy with the design before we proceed, giving you confidence that the final piece will be exactly as you imagined.

4. PRODUCTION- CASTING, SETTING & FINISHING

Once the wax carving is approved by you, the wax model will be cast in the alloy of your choice, stones will be set in place and the item polished.

Changes to the design & sizing can not be made after this point.

Casting the Piece: The piece is cast using your metal through either the lost wax casting or sand casting process, depending on the design requirements.

The casting will be cleaned up and polished before sending to London Assay Office for hallmarking, ensuring it meets UK quality standards for precious metals.

Then the stones will be set (if applicable) before one final polish.

5. DELIVERY + ENJOY

Your piece is finished and ready for you to enjoy. Phoebe will send you photos of the finished piece.

Full payment is due at this point, prior to shipping. Your item will then be packaged up and shipped to you, or it can be collected from our Devon studio.

Domestic parcels are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. International parcels are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. All parcels require a signature on delivery & will be fully insured from our studio to the point of delivery.
